检测原理
溴甲酚绿（BCG）在pH 4.0-4.2环境中与白蛋白结合，形成白蛋白-溴甲酚绿复合物，呈黄绿色，黄绿色的深浅与白蛋白浓度呈正比关系，通过比色可计算出血清中白蛋白的含量。
