检测原理
乙酰胆碱转移酶（ChAT）是以乙酰辅酶A和胆碱为底物，产生辅酶A（CoA），CoA和显色剂4，4-二硫代吡啶结合，在324nm处测定吸光度，以此计算ChAT的活力。
